Ponte de Lima Fair A biweekly fair on Mondays, it is the oldest of which there is knowledge and already appears mentioned in the charter granted to this town on March 4th of 1125 by D. Teresa, mother of D. Afonso Henriques, first King of Portugal. In Limian lands, one should not miss this traditional fortnightly fair, where you can find various products, local handcrafts, clothing, footwear and countless finds. |
