Music Festival

A privileged place for contact with nature, the banks of the Coura river become a world of sound and colour every year during the month of August. One of the most iconic summer festivals, it marked a quarter century in 2017 and promises to continue to attract people of all ages. The best spots for setting up tents and animation booths are chosen; the inhabitants prepare themselves to meet and mingle with the thousands of people who pass by there for a few days. It is the giant stage of the Music Festival of Paredes de Coura.
